  • Qualifications/certifications: MChiro, DC, Licentiate Member of the Royal College of Chiropractors, Member of the British Chiropractic Association
  • Techniques and expertise: Diversified adjustments, Gonsead chiropractic, soft tissue therapies, medical acupuncture/dry needling, activator, rehab/exercise prescription
  • Philosophy/Approach: “I believe that every patient requires their own personal approach. Whether they have aspirations of running an ultramarathon or just wish to be out of pain, my favourite part of being a chiropractor is allowing people to rediscover their full potential again.  I am trained in a wide range of techniques and am always happy to work as gently (or as firmly) as needed to achieve whatever matters most to my patients. As an overall health geek, don’t be surprised if we end up talking about how we can better your sleep, diet or even breathing to reach your goals faster and live not just a healthier but a happier life too.”

Josh Dixon DC – Clinic Director

Doctor of Chiropractic · MChiro · Licentiate Member of the Royal College of Chiropractors

With over 12 years of clinical experience, Josh Dixon is a chiropractor with a passion for helping people move better, live pain-free, and stay active for the long term. He holds a Master of Chiropractic degree and is a Licentiate Member of the Royal College of Chiropractors.

Josh enjoys working with a wide range of patients – from teenagers to grandparents and everyone in between.

His practice is grounded in a multimodal approach, combining Diversified chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, acupuncture/dry needling therapy, activator techniques, and exercise-based rehab.

He also has a keen interest in strength training and its wide-reaching benefits for health and wellbeing.

A strong advocate for exercise as medicine, Josh loves helping people take control of their own recovery and find activities they enjoy.

He frequently works with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to international competitors, and has a particular interest in strength athletes. He often collaborates with coaches and trainers to create rehab and recovery plans that support performance and resilience.

Outside of clinic life, Josh loves to cook, spend time with his family and is on a mission to become the ultimate jack of all trades in fitness. What began with a passion for strength training has grown into a personal pursuit of health and longevity since the birth of his son in 2022. He’s since taken up endurance sports, tackling running, cycling, triathlon, and trail/ultra running.

In May 2025, he completed his first backyard ultra marathon – covering 11 laps of a 4.167-mile course, narrowly missing his 12-lap goal. Already signed up for the next one, Josh continues to challenge himself and hopes to inspire his patients to embrace goals they once thought out of reach.
